Hi, I’m Jacs, psychotherapist & counsellor at Kincumber on the Central Coast, NSW.

The ethos of my work respects that each person has a unique life experience and perspective that is worthy of deep listening and understanding. I am formally trained in humanistic and person-centered frameworks. I work alongside people from all walks of life and I have a special interest working with perimenopause mental health.

As a relationship counsellor, I work with individuals, couples and families. I also offer individual and group supervision for counsellors.

I am available in person on Mondays at The Living Nest, Kincumber and offer limited telehealth appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
