Everyone meets moments in their life where they are at a loss, feel disengaged, out of step, stuck in a negative approach, stressed out, numb or needing support with a new direction in life. Iā€™m here to help you navigate those times.

I offer my clients an authentic and supportive relationship where they can safely experience their emotions. Where they can be themselves with understanding, empathy and acceptance. A place where they can gently unpack and feel closer to Self.

I work alongside my clients in support of their self-direction and healing. Together we figure out the best way to work together in bringing about the changes you envision.

After working with me, clients have reported feeling supported, calmer, more confident with making decisions, increased self-awareness and less stress in relationship dynamics with their partner or with people in their workplace.

I am relationally focused, and problem focused.
